"Randolph Township is a mushrooming residential community located high in the hills of central Morris County. The 21.2 square mile municipality was named after Hartshorn Fitz-Randolph, a prominent early settler. The region's first settlers were Quakers who built the society's first meeting house in Randolph in 1748. Randolph is centrally located for access to major highways, including Route 10, I-80 and I-287. Train and bus service are nearby for service to New York City. Randolph's many recreational areas include Brundage Park with tennis and baseball facilities; Community Playhouse and summer recreational programs; Heisteins Park, which has a huge soccer complex and additional baseball fields; Hidden Park, a county park is located in the Township. West Morris YMCA offers a swimming pool, Nautilus, track and much more. Randolph Park has a community lake available for all residents."
